Ms. Holt is an associate professor at DeVry University where she specializes in project management and business information systems. She shares her expertise with students by teaching various courses in the business and management department, including project management and information systems.
Prior to Ms. Holt’s twenty-three years as an education instructor, ten of which were spent at DeVry University, she was owner and manager of Auto Detailing Masters, Inc. The previous three years, Ms. Holt worked on the sales side of the insurance services industry. Both positions were based in Richardson, Texas. Ms. Holt received a master’s degree in computer information systems from Southeastern Oklahoma University and a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from Bob Jones University. She is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in educational leadership and human resources from Colorado State University; her dissertation will be on charter school governance in the state of Georgia.
In addition to her responsibilities as a professor, Ms. Holt serves as an active member of the Project Management Institute and the American Society for Quality. She is also a certified project management professional.
