Thought Leadership
-       In the field of accounting, the trend he sees developing over the next five years is a distinct need for accounts to not only be able to perform accounting in a competent fashion but to have an excellent background in computer technology, analytical problem-solving skills and people skills.
-       In the future he believes companies will run “lean and mean” and the one dimensional employee will be passed over for an employee with a versatility of skills. He believes that with the global economy expanding some of the strongest of these skills are computer, communication, people and foreign language skills. With Asia and South America emerging as powerful economic powers in the 21st century an ability to speak and write either in Chinese or Spanish would give job applicants a distinct competitive advantage over others.
