Steve Pappageorge

Title:

Steve Pappageorge is the dean of the College of Continuing Education, New Programs and Outreach at DeVry University. In this role, he is responsible for the successful expansion and growth of DeVry University’s Continuing Education programs. In addition, he is also responsible for new academic program development, the 21^st Century Classroom initiative, academic outreach, and international studies and exchange.

Pappageorge has been with the university since 2003. Over this time, he has served in a variety of director and senior director positions involving administrative operations, IT, student finance, program management and central services. Most recently, he acted as the senior director of business services.

Prior to his roles at DeVry University, Pappageorge served in administrative, project management, consultative and operations roles for several major companies including McDonald’s Corporation, Anderson Consulting, Terasys, Inc., and Waer Systems, Inc.

Pappageorge earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Lake Forest College and a Master of Business Administration from Northern Illinois University. He is also a Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
