Thought Leadership

-       In education, she believes there will be more accountability practices for higher educators and for faculty developers in higher education. The learning outcomes measured by achievement and performance tests will be used as the measure of teaching quality and educational quality rather than just student satisfaction.

-       The future skills she deems most necessary in the field of education are active teaching skills and the knowledge and use of relevant accountability practices for teachers and educational organizations.
