Joe Mozden is the vice president of DeVry University’s workforce solutions team, DeVryWORKS, where he is responsible for helping Fortune 100 companies and prominent organizations enhance their talent acquisition, staff development and employment engagement initiatives with solutions to address their most challenging and complex talent sourcing needs.
Previously, Mozden was the EVP and COO at The Allant Group, where he also served as SVP of strategic accounts, responsible for planning and directing business processes to improve operating leverage. He was recognized for building and leading Allant’s strategic account management practice, which was acknowledged as the industry’s leading practice, achieving the highest net promoter score ever as measured by Forrester Research.
Mozden has also served in a variety of leadership roles. He was a sales and management consultant for Lighthouse Consulting, SVP of sales and marketing at Commonwealth Telephone Enterprises (CTE), and VP of sales and GM at LSSI. He also served on the boards of The Allant Group, CTE and LSSI, among other organizations. Currently, he serves on the board of Prince Industries, a Chicago-based global manufacturer.
Mozden earned a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and an MBA with high distinction from The New York University Stern School of Business in finance and international business.
